If your application fits their search regions, you’ll be prompted to do an employment assessment which will involve math and communication questions, personality choices, and trial calls to see how you perform under pressure. If you manage to pass that, they’ll give you a week to do a scripted video interview using the STAR method, which leads to an actual interview (video since we’re currently undergoing a pandemic) after which they’ll take 2-3 weeks to get back to you on whether you got the job or not.

Confusing phone interview (which was outsourced to 3rd party) interviewer couldn’t adequately answer my questions about the company. Very basic “tell me about a time” questions. Very impersonal process, not a good way to screen for possible employees in my opinion as it limits your pool to only those that are good at those types of questions.
