It was the normal interview process. Received a call from a non qualified HR person, interviewed with the GM that was overwhelmed. Second interview with the DM that seemed to care and then was hired shortly afterwards.
Interview Process is good, they ask the typical questions such as walk me through your resume, what are your strengths and weaknesses, and why do you want to work here?
It was a very thorough and professional interview that lasted approximately 30 min-45 min with the district manager of over 13 stores. He was very nice and professional. He covered all basic interview questions and scenarios.
