Formal but very easy going. Based on past experience and what the need of the business was. Focused on what I would change with current processes of store. Revamp of processes and what I would bring to the store.

I went to the store and asked for positions available. I interviewed twice about a week later and got called with a job offer two weeks later. The pace of the store is very hectic and the culture is very brand oriented.
