I applied online. I interviewed at Red Robin in Aug 2015
Interview
I had two interviews for server position, which seems to have been a miscommunication between restaurant manager and general manager. I came in, sat down, and waited for the manager to come out and talk to me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Red Robin (Towson, MD) in May 2026
Interview
It was nice, very smooth and the manager was kind. They made it easy for me despite my nervousness. I didn’t take the offer because the job itself didn’t feel right but it was an alright environment to say the least.
I interviewed with two different managers, both of them emphasize it being very competitive. Basically just asking for serving experience and if I am able to upsell guests other than that and the red flags I'd say it's easy with experience.
Two person interview, very chill, simple basic questions and I felt very comfortable with them talking and doing the interview with me. It was super easy to get an interview, they called me.
