The general manager was very nice and attentive. And was willing to be a bit flexible on starting salary. The overall experience was very welcoming and the staff were very helpful.

I applied on Indeed and was quickly scheduled an interview. The interview was easy. However, they ghosted me. Didn't call back like they said they would. They quickly reposted the job. Don't apply to Red Robin in Lansing. They will ghost you.
