I got an email and set up a time to meet in person. The interviewer was the manager and was nice and professional, They asked for STAR-formatted work stories/experiences. This means Situation, Task, Action, and Result.

Interview
I was interviewed by the director of front office who was very outgoing and easy to talk to though i did wait for them for about 45 minutes after our scheduled time. Interview questions were standard and easy to answer.

One phone screening, and two in person interviews with my direct manager and the director of operations. Super nice, they really wanted to get to know you and why you chose the hospitality industry.
