Question 1
Describe a time when you had a difficult team member and how did you lead your team to success.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at SAIC (Huntsville, AL) in Sep 2022
Interview
Phone interview with direct future supervisor and lead, followed by in-person interview with same supervisor and lead. It was a quick process with no unnecessary steps or meetings. They had to create a job requisition specific for my experience level so they could offer a lower salary than the initial position that I applied to. The direct team were amazing to meet with and direct in their interview. The HR and other people involved seemed ill-prepared and scattered when it came to the paperwork portion of it all.
