Shell Customer First Advisor interview questions

Worst interview I had in my life. Only 3 questions and a task to be completed in 10 minutes during the interview while the hiring manager was there doing nothing. The first hiring manager question I had was What are your hobbies? then how do you cope with difficult situations and then tell me about a difficult situation with customers. As I said only 20 minutes with this 10 minutes task, since the really beginning I felt weird with that hobbies question and I totally felt that the candidate was already selected by the time I went there. They totally lacked interest for the interview. I never had one lasting less than 45 minutes and I never heard that hobbies question specially as a first question whatsoever I felt like I totally lost my time with them. Had a bunch of interviews with similar companies and never that bad (not even close as Shell) Unfortunately, I don't know the surname of the recruiter otherwise I would have a written a report to Shell HR.
