Interview
Two interview were held as part of the Shell Recruitment Day. One was a self-reflection interview and the other was a competency based interview. These are part of the 6 exercises involved in the SRD. The self-reflection interview has one interviewer and the competency interview has two interviewers. The competency interview is very similar to the phone interview that was held in the previous selection round

Competency: Give an example of when you had to coordinate with another team to get work done? Give an example of a problem that arose in a team and how it was solved?
