First round is applying on line. This takes some time. Tip: look up the Shell CV format. Second round is an interview, which was a phone call in my case. Phone call took about an hour in which the first half hour is quite easy. They ask for leadership skills/how you respond in a team when there are different opinions etc.. Last 10 min is a business case. I would reccomend to prepare how to do a SWOT analysis.
