Shell Software Developer(.NET) interview questions

1st round is telephonic after that 2 round known as competency and behavioural round. They have different way of interview , in first round they will ask you some technical question and more focus on your project. in second round they will ask you about your role and lots of decision making questions on project, technology used and it goes more in choice of design pattern .There decision making on selection is different i dont know how they decide. i was rejected in 2nd round so no update on third round
