Shell Landscape Operations Manager interview questions

Consultancy called up for this opportunity and informed about the process and explained about the job description. A week later telephonic interview was conducted and questions were mostly about how to handle a particular scenario and about current job responsibilities.

Shell recruitment team had contacted me on the job opening and i applied for it. Within a week, the first round of telephonic interview was scheduled. There were two people in the panel from UK who interviewed me for about 45 mins. After 4 days i was informed that i have been selected and was called for a face to face interview to their office in Bangalore. There were two rounds of interview there : Professional and Structural round. They mainly dig deep into your experience level and how you have faced any critical situations in your earlier projects. Each interview was for an hour. Withing the next 2 weeks, they have released the offer letter.
