I saw a vacancy for a Process Technician via LinkedIn and applied. I applied in September 2018. The recruiter from LinkedIn, I think his name was Bruce was prompt in response. He contacted me and asked whether I will be interested in working for Shell. After an average time spent on the phone lasting somewhere between 20 to 40mins.

I was called through phone by HR and was interviewed asking my skills and experience. Then I was scheduled to another interview in RCBC Plaza. I was interviewed by a panel using a series of questions given by the HR. After evaluation I was interviewed by the Hiring Manager after an hour.
