was sleek and quick, we went through what I have done in past, what my aspirations are , who i can add value to the organisation. The guy asked me to complete a test which I did and result was a pass, it was not that much pressure and they were ok with time i took to take interview

The recruiter found me on LinkedIn. We had mailcontact and a call. Then another recruiter called me with a career manager. I had to do an intelligence test and a personality test. The intelligence test I didn't succeed at first and had to do it over (which I found annoying) but then I succeeded with much higher points. Then the contract terms were discussed and I got an overview of company rules and benefits. I signed them and had to go through a PES screening and submit a declaration of good behavior. (VOG in the Netherlands)
