Interview
Went through an initial phone screen with HR, then a quick technical review with a PM. Apparently that went well enough for them to schedule an in person interview with the client liaison. Met at a coffee shop and everything seemed to go well. Had a follow interview scheduled with the client, but it got cancelled last minute. No further information or follow up from anybody. Take the information presented with skepticism and a grain of salt.

Pretty straight forward qualification and skill review relayed in specific situation applications.
Hartelijk gesprek, ze tonen duidelijk interesse in je. Wel moet je ook goed doorvragen naar de arbeids voorwaarden. Deze arbeids voorwaarden worden niet altijd direct duidelijk gemaakt. Verder aardige mensen.

Duidelijk en snel proces. De recruiters zijn behulpzaam, professioneel en vriendelijk. Je krijgt een duidelijk idee van de cultuur bij Sogeti en hun waardes. Er moet wel een capaciteitentest gedaan worden voordat je verder door het proces komt.

Interview
Very poor experience with the recruiter. I was contacted for a phone interview by the recruiting manager. The recruiter thought it would be idea to mention someone is starting in the role on the following Monday. After asking about my experience, the remainder of the time was spent trying to sell a consulting position even though I applied for a product manager role.
