Interview
I applied online towards the end of March. A few days after submitting my resume, I received an email with instructions for testing. If you've ever worked at a call center, the test wouldn't be difficult. Even if you haven't, it shouldn't be difficult. A few days later I received and email regarding scheduling a phone interview. I interviewed maybe 4 days after that and received a job offer contingent upon background and drug testing. The background check took about a week. I had to get my transcript and old w2's to HireRight and that was kind of a hassle. I confirmed that HireRight had everything needed, but didn't receive my final job offer until about a week later. I was starting to get nervous that it took that long, but I'm excited. I received an email with my final job offer after the recruiter contacted me. The email included directions for my first day and my schedule after training is complete.
