Normal application and pre-employment assessments. Interview is a two step process, phone and in person. Interview questions were standard questions and process was easy and flowed well. Interview only last about 15 minutes for phone and 1 hour for in person.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
