Interview
45 minute phone interview followed by a test that takes about a half hour. After you fill out an application they will send you an email asking if you can take a 45 minute interview and what day and time works for you. Once you schedule it the HR person will call you. After the interview you take the test online and they will tell you in an email if you have an offer or not in 2-3 days. After that it's just a drug test and background check. The whole process will take between 3-4 weeks. They may have questions about your background later on if you have any misdemeanors but if its nothing too serious it should not deter you from being hired.

Question 1
What did you do to prepare for interview? Experience questions and general review of your attitude and speech. They ask why you want to work for the company and what you know about the company. Finally they really just want to see how you sound and how intelligent you come across. If you have good experience and a bachelor's you should get in easily. The HR team is very friendly and it's more like talking to a friend than a interviewer. Let them know your experience in computer programs and how you like helping people.
