I just took an interview with the Head of HR and the process was fairly laid back. No questions were to serious or stunning. One of the questions I remember was, " what plans do you have in 5 years?" I told them management and they seemed to like it.

Interview
Very thorough and personable interviewer who was enthusiastic about me and interested in my goals. Very smooth and left me excited to contribute my skillset. Looking like it’s going to pan out well.
Interview process was straight forward. No curve ball questions. Basically asked about my prior experience and why I would be a good fit for the role. Also, was interested about prior insurance experiences.
