The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.

I became aware of the opportunity via a career services posting and though I'd try my hand in it. My prep mainly consisted of familiarizing myself with the website, learning about the various products offered, the qualifications not only for the position I was interviewing for, but also for the positions that were above mine.
Advice would be to prepare for behavioral questions.

The interview was very personal and relaxed. The owner of this agency was very flexible, understanding, and kind. Definitely made me feel comfortable when sharing about myself and my experience.

The interview process is different for every agent. Some agent's want you to meet with their stuff and others just want you to meet with them. Fairly straightforward process with a focus on how you plan to produce.
