I filled out a application online. Received a email to take a assessment . After passing the online assessment I received a email for a phone interview. I interviewed with Carola. She was friendly and asked a lot of situational questions.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
