Quick and efficient. Interview process: phone screen with recruiting manager, writing assessment of a LinkedIn InMail, and final zoom interview loop with 4 people. Each interview had its on competency which I enjoyed because it didn't feel repetitive. The prep call before the virtual onsite with Crishia was really helpful!

My experience was good! It included an initial recruiter screen, followed by interviews focused on sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and Stripe’s values. Interviewers were well-prepared and asked insightful, scenario-based questions. Communication was clear throughout, and feedback was timely. Overall, a smooth and respectful experience that reflects Stripe’s high standards.
The interview process started with a phone screen, followed by a mock intake, culture interview, and ended with a department leader interview. Overall really friendly team and recruiter provided a lot of prep in advance. Hiring manager also took the time to understand my motivations and concerns throughout the process.
