I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2015
Interview
First round of interview is a video recording Interview. Depending on the position there's going to be questions about some of the skill set. As a Business Systems Analyst there were some technical questions including the agile methodologies, SDLC phases. Second and final round of interviews were in Toronto office. It includes a company presentation, networking and 2 interviews. It is important that you show yourself, and network with the employees. 2 interviews, with 3 interviewers in each one. So 6 interviewers in total. Each interview is about half an hour, but very behavioural. They asked tons of CV questions, and why you are interested in the IT Rotational Program and TD. They get back to you about the result very quickly.

All new grads and coops get invited into Connection night, the they scheduled the interview the next day. They also pick students on the night if it's a good fit and add them to the interview list.
It was smooth and it is a good company to work with, they are helpful and the interview process was easy too. Be prepared and give your 100% and focus more on your behavioural questions.
Straightforward and easy. Interviewer was extremely kind. They help you throughout the entire process and it is more like a discussion rather than a formal interview. Highly recommend. One of the best interview processes I took part in.
