I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at US Postal Service (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
You applied online. Then you will receive an invitation to take a tests: one personality test that can be completed at home. 2nd is going to proctored class where you are timed taking a memory and speed test. If you passed both tests you will invited to go on orientation along with hundreds of applicants who passed the tests. Right after the orientation, they will call names one by one for interview. Then after that you filled out paperworks like for security background. IDK if all go through signing paperworks after interview. I think only those that pass the interview. Im speaking based on what I experienced. You will then wait for about a week and you'll get an email for job offer.
