I applied online and I was invited to take the test a week later! I passed the test and did background check and drug test. Was invited for an interview a week after that. During the interview we talked about the job and was asked a few basic questions like what was your previous work experience and would you feel comfortable being exposed to outside weather? There were four of us in the interview room and only one position. Being that I did not have experience i assumed they would not have considered me for the position.
