First, apply online. then take the a test on site. If failed, there is no further consideration. i passed so the post master sent me an email for an interview (took about 3 weeks). the interview was easy, it consisted of behavioral questions and general questions about yourself. I was asked if I can work two shift in a row, but I couldn't.......Waited about another two week for the acceptance letter.
