It was very long and interesting, lasted for 7 months. One of the rounds had very difficult test with olympic math questions. Each round was different from each other. All questions and tasks were Russian market specific.
The interview was a quick process for me, I received an offer from the company but I declined it due to personal reasons. The HR team is nice to me, and made the atmosphere feel light.
Process takes way too long, with the classic “ghosting” for a long time

I applied in March 2025 and the whole process was finalized in end of July 2025
I only did until the interview with HR, Overall process is nice and friendly. The HR didnt ask too much of myself, Most importantly, the company process is fast. I got to proceed with the interview with manager after 1 day of interview with the HR
