Star format, the interview is not too bad, they really just want to know how good your interpersonal skills are, a little bit of technical knowledge helps as well. I would consider it an average interview
Great interview process. The process was very detailed and allowed you to understand the nature and culture of the crew as soon as the interview started. The recruiters were very helpful in the process.
