Business Analyst

As an IT business analyst, you’ll help develop leading-edge systems. You’ll learn to understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. You Have:

• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Spring or Summer 2026

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in a professional environment
• Experience as an intern, support contractor, government staff, or industry staff
• Knowledge of problem-solving and data analysis

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $89,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
