Cons

- undercompensation - no real benefits - tutors expected to pick up the slack where management fails - High expectations of communication with clients outside of work hours - expectations of preparation don’t match what’s compensated for (and at minimum wage)

Good training for familiarizing yourself with different tests and their scoring practices, getting to know the demographic client’s expectations

Cons

Very low pay compared to the actual rate charged to clients, doesn’t take into account gas or driving time, potentially dealing with unrealistic client/family expectations
