    I have been working at Credible Behavioral Health Software full-time

    Pros

    I have been working at Credible for years and it has been a tremendously positive experience. They have managed to create quite a unique culture and I've been given the freedom to think outside the scope of my immediate role. I feel confident enough to provide honest feedback and suggestions, as well as to pitch ideas to my supervisor without feeling like I'm stepping out of line.

    Cons

    Occasionally there are workflow changes that disrupt ongoing projects, but these are addresses quickly and efficiently.

    Advice to Management

    Always keep the lines of communication open between employees and upper management.

    I have been working at Credible Behavioral Health Software full-time

    Pros

    The company has really upped its value of internal resources and there has been a lot of promotions from within. Managers that I have had are very committed to helping me succeed and grow as an employee. Couldn't ask for much more.

    Cons

    No cons to share specifically.

    Advice to Management

    Continue taking care of your employees the way you do. Simple things such as appreciation goes a long way in making us feel valued.

    I have been working at Credible Behavioral Health Software full-time

    Pros

    Credible has positioned myself and others in the company to succeed. They promote from within, encourage collaboration and feedback to better the software/culture, and show employee appreciation. Not to mention, the benefits and perks are some of the best I have heard of.

    Cons

    Like many fast growing companies it is expected that everyone shows up and does their best to reach personal and departmental goals. Open communication and transparency within the teams and management makes this an easy box to check.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to promote from within and appreciate the employee's you have. They are hard to come by!

    I have been working at Credible Behavioral Health Software full-time

    Pros

    The company has a clear plan about where it wants to go and how it intends to get there. They know what they want to achieve with their product and are continually on top of their game. They have a strong customer focus, which is extremely important to me especially given the nature of the people that our company helps.

    Cons

    So much work, so little time. . . but that's how it is with extraordinary companies that are constantly evolving.

    Advice to Management

    Keep motivating your employees so that, together, we can really make an impact.

    I have been working at Credible Behavioral Health Software full-time

    Pros

    Credible has been a wonderful company to work for. I've been here for a few years and it's been a pleasure to work alongside some of the most hard-working people I've ever met. Everyone has the best interest of the company in mind, which pushes me to perform to the best of my abilities. Managers have been trained to provide meaningful ongoing feedback so, that really helps me align with the corporate strategy and gives me the confidence I need to do my best.

    Cons

    Some people consider this a con, though I don't: you're always on your toes and good ideas and execution are demanded from employees.

    Advice to Management

    I always found the ongoing feedback given to me to affect me positively; it lets me know whether I need to make any changes or if I'm on the right path. I'm not sure if it's just my manager who does this, but it'll be good if everyone does (or continues to do so).

    Good benefits a the Pay is decent.

    Cons

    So many but want to keep it reall and pay it forward so, off the top of my head -

    * SUPER HIGH turn-over rate !!
    * Lack of adherence to processes
    * Controlling, and unrealistic, managment
    * Lack of clarity in management roles
    * The obsequious are promoted NOT the competent
    * CEO lacks council/advisers to voice input that is NEEDED not is wanted
    * Disingenuous and Unilateral management practices and agendas
    * $ALE$ is the ONLY focu$
    * Software - well it's NOT as advertised
    * Disingenuous agendas / motives from the top down.

    Personal Note:
    Worse employment experience ever, bar none! YOU WILL have a pit in your stomach the entire time. There is no safe place to be. The blind ax falls and cuts arbitrarily.
