Aggressive predatory management. Low pay and benefits compared to industry average. No flexibility or trust shown to employees. Forced to be in the office (must be vaxxed and wear a mask) or face immediate termination. Bullying by CEO and top management on a constant basis. Narcissistic tendencies- giveaways just for PR. No genuine culture and an old traditional mindset. Zero profit-sharing and very unequal pay. Good luck getting promoted. Also, if you aren't vaccinated, don't bother applying. All new hires MUST be vaccinated; no exemptions. My brotherly advice to you, stay away especially in such a raging job market where the candidate is empowered more than ever.
