Pros
At first, things were good. Then our company got bought by CoStar and I didn't realize how things were changing until it was quite toxic. The benefits are pretty good (hard to find comparable benefits, but the salary difference more than made up for it). My coworkers were great.
Cons
I didn't realize how underpaid I was until I got an external job offer. I was already frustrated by a lack of a promotion or a raise. When the mass exodus started I kept asking myself, "What am I missing?" Even in a good office, everyone was afraid of the larger company and CEO.
