Pros
As an Xray Tech we get an opportunity to learn what an M.A does, including venipunture and injections. Set schedule holidays off, no rotation unless you are working as a PRN or want OT. You don't work with upper or lower GI's , no Portables or C-arm.
Cons
No union, if there was a union we would all be much happier workers. Needs to be more Equity than Equality.
