Pay was decent. Not enough for the bs you’re put through.
Cons
Poor management, hour cuts, staff literally can not only verbally abuse you but put you down and make you uncomfortable. The doctor at the center I worked for was fired because he was so rude, hurtful, and down right abusive. Took management over a year to fire him. When I went to management over 10 times over verbal abuse they didn’t care. They told me to endure it. We couldn’t get floats there because no one wanted to be in the environment. Wouldn’t give me pto, FMLA, or short term disability when I worked my 40 hours and overtime because they marked me as prn. Did management work without the pay such as med counts, calibrations, etc.
