Lick shoes of your manager and rise even if you know nothing 3.Skills people are lagging and staying back with no appraisal 4. You cannot switch to other company as they will say why you put down paper without their permission which is against labor law and they will treat you like only they can keep you happy outer world is full of recision and you dont fit for any role in outer world other than this company 11.
