Pros
I have seen a lot of changes after 10 years and now our CEO is retiring. In most cases that would be unsettling as he has been toe core of our culture however in this case we are surrounded by excellent people at all levels. The COO and the SVP carry the message forward show the same views as the CEO. My DVP does a great job and is always fun to work with. Plenty of opportunity for those that are hungry to move up. All the DVP's were internal promotes.
Cons
Honestly don't have any major cons but if I had to pick something it would be that the bonus program. It could be a little more balanced and fair,
