Pros
The training is good. The company supplies its field workers with shoes and shirts.
Cons
The pay is low. Limited holiday paid days off and the holidays that you do work aren’t time and a half. The company goals are aggressive. It seems the corporate office offers a lot more fun team building activities as opposed to the field employees where there are no fun days for all sites to get together. Even when reviewing the photos that the company put up for Glassdoor. The cooperate office has Halloween parties, group volunteer outings, “office Olympics”. Field employees don’t benefit from such enjoyable events.
