Pros
There is no limit to your growth potential in the company, the only thing that can hold you back is you. It is the best company to grow with as everyone in management and upper management will support your growth plan. They strive to do better every day, always looking at what and how they can improve for their employees as well as the customers. The support I feel from Extra Space as a whole has been pretty amazing. Extra Space Is by Far the Best Company that I have Ever Worked For.
Cons
No 2 days off in a row. AM's have no set store they have to travel around to different stores in their district. As a manager you spend most days running a 700+ unit facility with no AM to help.
