Pros
40 hr work week, no nights or Sundays. No supervisor barking orders at you all day. Allowed to take ownership of the business.
Cons
No Saturdays off, only 4 holidays a year versus 8 if you work in the corporate offices, no profit sharing or stock options offered to field employees, insurance is not affordable. Not all sites have on-site residences. Constant customer complaints about rate increases and hidden fees upon move in. High pressure sales tactics, feel like a used car salesman.
