      Pros

      You can work from home, lots of training opportunities, they give you a flex day 1 day a month to take off work for the extra time you put in. I have a great supervisor and manager. I can picture myself moving up quickly here.

      Cons

      Tons of work but gives you chance to show your worth and move up. Management is run by young people and some are amazing and others are not. Salaries can be really good, however there is a huge discrepancy between people of the same title. 1 person can make 53k while the other person makes 60k for the same role. They ask you what you make during the interview which I think is tacky. Lots of family works in the same office this can be good or bad.

      Salary was in market range.

      Cons

      Manager took zero interest in me. I spoke to her 2 times in the 6 months I was there. It’s just an endless grind to various SEC and investor required reporting. By the time you finish you need to start over. Almost all process are broken. This $13B company runs on excel. It’s a real risk that this company collapses on itself. They purchase companies and destroy everything good about their cultures. I was so happy and content until they purchased us. The executives paint a fake picture of their culture to the street.
