Pros
Great working environment. Upper management supports the staff by having open door policies, office events to boost morale and a yearly recognition program in place. Everyone works very well together as put into practice GB's shared values for the company as a whole.
Cons
Although GB provides great tools and resources to ensure a good work product, we do however, experiece computer system issues quite often, causing frustration at times effecting the level of productivity as we strive to meet the needs and request of our customers.
