Pros

Good stock and 401k offerings. Great insurance plans if your paid enough to afford them. FT Tech & Mgmt. level employees get paid really well.

Cons

Had to pause my work for 2 months due to serious personal issue. Was told would be able to return soon as resolved. When attempted to 'return' my company equipment would not work. Found I was deactivated but told just return old, will get new. Then had to go thru HR testing & interviewing which I was told I passed. It's now over 7 months and still waiting to get my return date and replacement equipment. I keep reaching out but get same reply "we will contact you when there is a place to put me." Yet they are advertising for the same job. Confusing, they are seeking candidates but I'm still waiting & doing minimum wage temp. work while I pray for the day I get to return to where I belong.

Pros

Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

Cons

It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
