Pros
Partial Freedom worklife, Networking , Pay scaling potential, and resources available. Most people have a positive mindset and act very friendly for the most part.
Cons
Management on every level of this company from entry to senior is incompetent. The manager in my location is actually a bigot. Extremely passive aggressive and Corporate stands behind him because of his tenure. 30 years with company and they take his benefit of the doubt. On the more different note. The company was very "splurgish" in the wrong areas.
