Still challenged in going from good to great - Anonymous employee STERIS Employee Review

Senior mgmt continues to struggle with decision making. Everything becomes a priority hence nothing meaningful is completed. Lots of great ideas stay on the white board and don't move forward. Far too many silos. Too many critical customer facing departments go begging for resources while other departments are bloated.
