Pros

working from home is the only benefit

Cons

Training focused on sales very little on the tools you use for supporting customers. My supervisor never did a 1 on 1 with me gave me the impression from day one that she hated me. was told my schedule was locked for 90 days when I was hired they said that my schedule was my schedule that it never changed. I was assured that they would accommodate my side job. Don't believe a word HR tells you in your interview. Take screen shots of your adp time card as they will change it I had to file a wage claim with dept of labor. Change schedule tell you they take it based on your preferences and then schedule you on days that they know will result in you having to find another job if your not a friend with your supervisor or manager. Supervisor is no help when you have a problem. Send you home when no one takes their VTO then get threatened that their going to charge you for your benefits because they caused you to go below full time. Their help desk is a joke they blamed my internet modem for an internal problem then it took threatening to go to dept of labor to get paid for the time. I elected for benefits and they never started when I tried contacting their HR person incharge of benefits it was pass the buck then ignore my emails. Was told I was hired to be a supervisor and then told that they never do that when I sent them a copy of my job offer they said that doesn't happen it was a mistake you have to be here for atleast 6 mos min and then there was people in my training class that right out of training went into supervisor training. Told that the quality is done by an outside company and then turns out to be that its really your supervisor who lied about the quality scores and doesn't provide any coaching at all cause I wasn't there to be anyone's friend I was there to work and when they started making jokes about Isis instead of turning in a customer per Comcast requirements and the federal requirements who's devices were all named Isis 1 through 15 on their network. When I told them that they needed to turn it in they said yeah a 12 yo jokingly naming computers and phones Isis needs that scare and wrote me up for it. This company is gonna find Karma really soon they don't allow you to fully fix problems on a customers device they push you to sell their own computer technician services instead of using Comcast tools available to fix a customers problem I am surprised that Comcast still uses them. I could go on for ever on this company but if anyone looking at this is like I was when I read these reviews I just figured that it was salty employees till I went to work for them and realized the ones leaving the positive good reviews are their own management and employees that they give bonuses for.
