I have been working at KellyMitchell Group full-time

    Pros

The culture at KellyMitchell is the best I've experienced in a work environment thus far! We work hard, but have fun in the process. The positive energy is contagious, and we're growing at a rapid pace — I look forward to what's next to come!

    Cons

I don't have any negative feedback at this time.

I have been working at KellyMitchell Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great culture! The organization is very reactive to this ever changing market and is transparent with the changes it makes to meet those needs. In the communities our offices are located KM has a great reputation and I am proud to tell people I work here.

    Cons

Recruiting is not for everyone, and that can be hard to watch from time to time, so think about whether you're ready to make that commitment before starting. KM has a stellar training program though so if you're on the fence know they have the resources to help you.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing you! We can all tell this is going to be a big year for us!

Absolutely horrid company to work for.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes, its not all about money. Care about the employees.

    Pros

Absolutely no positive information for this company

    Cons

    Was not truthful or supportive

    Advice to Management

KellyMitchell hired me as a contractor. When I was starting, they told me I could work from home. However, the site I worked at evidently did not approve of me working from home. In addition, when there was an issue with the client, KellyMitchell did not support me or even talk to the client.

I worked at KellyMitchell Group full-time

    Pros

Giving me the most sincere appreciation for all the other companies who manage to conduct themselves with sincerity, grace and actual integrity.

    Cons

    Run, don’t walk away.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to even the most underqualified, new college graduate. Do your research. Any company singularly interested in short term gain/gratification at the expense of its employees (with the major exception of its childish/bloated/inept management team), is one that should be carefully reviewed and steered clear of. Though the initial package may seem attractive, please consider the excessive turnover rate, company reputation and the experiences detailed here (again, with the exception of the few questionably accurate “positive” reviews). After my experiences and those of my fellow peers, I have no respect left for KellyMitchell. Its management team wastes everyone’s time reinventing the wheel on a day to day basis and are perhaps, the most self-congratulatory group I have ever met (without actually having accomplished anything).

To famously quote one of its leaders: “if you want to make money, get out there and find the business.” I’ll give similar advice - if you want any semblance of a career or have the most basic standards for a job, get out there and find any other business.

    Advice to Management

If you’re genuinely wondering why you’re not successful, consider looking at your “leadership” team. Also for a supposed leader in IT, your website is frankly embarassing. Pay one of your contracts to do some fact checking/design some actual usability.

I worked at KellyMitchell Group full-time

    Pros

Coworkers are the biggest highlight by far. Fun atmosphere around the office.

    Cons

Extreme micromanagement, the worst I've ever seen. Managers clearly play favorites as indicated by their conversations and interactions with subordinates. Expected to stay "as late as you need to" in order to hit your numbers so don't expect any kind of work/life balance. Have to pay to park every day which they conveniently leave out until you show up for your first day.

    Cons

Employees are just a number to management not individuals
Management lacks maturity and business acumen
