    Pros

Flexibility- Work Life Balance- My Senior Director is the BEST boss I have ever had. She makes me want to work hard, be successful. Great co-workers. Dr. Berg and Dr. G are the BEST in the business. I plan to retire from LogixHealth!

    Cons

I honestly cannot think of any.

    Vicious place.

    Pros

    There really aren’t any. None.

    Cons

HR is run by a group of nasty, gossipy Karens. Management encourages bullying and backbiting. Hateful language gets thrown around a lot. They will tell you right to your face that you’re replaceable and worthless, and leave if you can’t handle that. IT doesn’t even know what software each department uses. This place is a toxic mess.

You can learn a lot from day 1. There is too much to do all the year round but at the same time it has been a challenging experience.

    Pros

Flexible work schedule Flexible work hours

    Cons

Everything else about it. They didn't give me my 3% raise for 6 months. I ended up quiting and never getting that money I was owed. They play games with training and explanations. Worst place ever. They over work you and under pay you. Terrible time off accrual rate ever. Management is rude and enjoys their employees hardships.

    Pros

Work hour flexibility Quiet work atmosphere Non aggressive employees Benefits

    Cons

Not feeling challenged enough due to management not taking the initiative to help employees that “want” to grow hence learn more…. For whatever reason. Gossip that is clearly heard through the glass doors.

    Good company facing major problems

    Feb 4, 2022 - Director

    Business Outlook

    Pros

The company is still small enough that you get a chance, in most cases, to work with most departments. This gives the company a close-knit vibe. There are some perks but not enough to overcome some of the cons.

    Cons

The collaborative spirit seems to have left the company. There was a lot of finger pointing and "blame game" tactics inter-departmentally. There was also major decisions made that seemed to put the company off-track. This has led to an identity crisis: are we a medical services company or a software development company. There also seemed to be a reduced amount of communication from top level management as to what the company's goals and objectives were. There was also an inconsistent application of policy and procedures in different departments. This led to a resentment between departments about why certain policies were not applied evenly.

If you value your sanity, don't work here!

Feb 21, 2022 - Anonymous Employee in Bedford, MA

    Business Outlook

    Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

    Cons

Everything. The work culture is toxic. Senior management is extremely out of touch. Proper training is practically non-existent. Employees are treated like robots instead of human beings. The systems they use and the way they do things are backward. The pay is a joke. Everyone works in silos and doesn't like sharing information. They expect you to know things while knowing you haven't been trained properly. I got lucky and had a good manager in the end but senior management is deplorable. There is a lot of favoritism, nepotism, and conflict of interest in this company. They've created chaos for themselves and they like it. Trying to help them fix it is a waste of time. If you're smart and can see through what is clearly BS, they won't like you. This was the worst job I've ever had.
