I applied online, then I followed up in person, as I hadn't heard back. They did the interview on the spot in the managers "office" (just an area behind the stock room) and asked me about my previous work history, then asked me when I wanted to start. Two weeks later I was behind the counter selling parts.
Pretty straightforward and easy. Only one interview session then got hired. Didn’t have to have any automotive experience but it would be helpful if you did. Nothing to stress over, just be on time and answer the questions.
