I found interview process to be very easy and straight forward.
Basic questions from asp .net, oops and sql server, jquery.
FIrst round was Online MCQ test containing
Followed by 2 Face to face technical discussions with lead and manager
Expectations were told clearly
Process completed in one day

Telephonic Round - Basic SQL, JOINs etc.
